Cucumber Melon Ginlet
A classic gimlet, featuring gin and lime juice, gets an added dose of refreshing flavor from Viva Sol Melon, cucumber, and a wedge of cantaloupe.
Ingredients
- Gin 1.5 oz
- Viva Sol Melon 5.5 oz
- Lime Juice 1 oz.
- Cucumber Slices 3
- Cantaloupe Wedge garnish
- Club Soda
- Cucumber Strip garnish
- Ice as needed
Directions
1. Muddle cucumber and Melon Aguas Frescas in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add gin, ice, lime juice and shake to combine.
3. Pour into a tulip glass with ice.
4. Top with club soda.
5. Garnish with cantaloupe wedge and cucumber strip.
