Farmers Market Smoothie

We’ve taken a walk through the farmers market for this fresh-forward smoothie made with Pure Leaf Sweet Tea, cantaloupe, kale, banana and medjool dates. ​
Ingredients
  • Cantaloupe, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 cup
  • Kale, stemmed and coarsely chopped 1 cup
  • Ripe banana 1
  • Medjool dates, quartered 1/2 cup
  • Flax seeds or flax seed meal 2 tsp
  • Fresh ginger, grated 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Ice
  • Pure Leaf Unsweetened Tea As needed

Directions

1. In a blender, combine 1 cup of Pure Leaf Unsweetened tea with all listed ingredients.

2. Blend on puree or high until smooth.

3. Serve cold.

4. Enjoy!
