Kentucky Peach
- Bundaberg Peach 6 ounce
- Kentucky Straight Bourbon 2 ounce
- Apricot Liqueur 0.5 ounce
- Cranberry juice 0.5 ounce
- Lemon juice 0.5 ounce
- Mint sprig and lemon wedge to garnish 1
- Ice As needed
- Combine Kentucky straight bourbon, apricot liqueur, cranberry juice, and lemon juice into a shaker.
- Shake then strain into a short glass (or metal tin if you have it) and top with Bundaberg Peach.
- Add ice then garnish with mint sprig and a wedge of lemon.
- Enjoy your drink!
