Hard Root Beer Float
The over-21 set can still tap into their inner kid with STUBBORN SODA® Root Beer poured over vanilla ice cream, bourbon, and spiced apple bitters. Complete with a cherry and a straw.
Ingredients
- STUBBORN SODA® Root Beer, as needed
- Spiced Apple Bitters 2 dashes
- Bourbon 1 ½ oz.
- Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream 4 oz.
Directions
1. Scoop ice cream into pint glass.
2. Add bitters and bourbon.
3. Top with Stubborn, garnish with a cherry, and serve with a straw.
