Blackberry Fields
- Blackberry Bubly 2-3 oz.
- fresh blackberries 10
- fresh basil leaves 2
- gin 1 oz.
- blackberry liqueur 1/2 oz.
- maple syrup 1/2 oz.
- lemon juice 1/2 oz
- ice as needed
- Muddle 6 of the blackberries, basil, blackberry liquer, maple syrup, and lemon juice in the bottom of a mixing tin.
- Add gin and ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Double strain into a wine glass.
- Add ice and top with Blackberry Bubly.
- Garnish with remaining fresh blackberries and a fresh basil leaf.
