Our mission is to support Hispanic-owned businesses because when you grow, the community grows.
PepsiCo Juntos Crecemos is part of a $50 million commitment aimed to provide short and long-term support to Hispanic small businesses, specifically, restaurants, bodegas and carnicerías. Help includes grants, mentoring, tailored marketing support, access to capital, and operational assistance to enable immediate and lasting improvements.
The Hispanic Digital & Delivery Program
- The Hispanic Digital & Delivery Program is a personalized expert consultation designed to provide immediate and lasting improvements to restaurants, bodegas and carnicerías.
- Selected businesses get free access to a team of advisors to level up delivery logistics, technology, marketing and digital presence.
PepsiCo Foundation Impacto Hispanic Business Accelerator
- The PepsiCo Foundation created Impacto to provide Hispanic food entrepreneurs with meaningful learning and networking opportunities, along with grant capital to fuel their business growth.
- Hispanic-owned businesses face challenges due to historical inequalities and systemic barriers which have been intensified by the pandemic, inflationary pressures and worker shortages.
- Selected businesses will have access to business training and coaching from nonprofit partners serving businesses owners in their community. One hundred businesses will be selected to receive a $10,000 small business grant to support their businesses.
